Koziel is committed to providing customers -- both private and professional -- with a high quality of service. If, despite the care we take in manufacturing our products, coupled with our daily quality checks, you notice a problem or are not fully satisfied with your product, please let us know as soon as possible!

You have 7 days, from the date of receipt, to change your mind and return the product along with a simple letter explaining the reason for your decision. You bear only the cost of returning the goods to us. Refunds are made by cheque, made out to the name and address on the initial invoice, within 15 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returned items should not be damaged, and should not have been removed from the original packaging (which should show no signs of it having been opened, or that an attempt was made to open it).
