These costs are added at the end of the order process, once you have completed your shopping. The displayed rate depends on the overall weight and volume of your order. The rate is calculated automatically by our servers according to parameters provided by our shipping partners. No unexpected surprises: our shipping costs vary very little and are fully controlled!  For deliveries outside the EEC and to French overseas territories, the shipping costs are confirmed in the final stage of the order process. Customs duties are always borne by the customer.

Deliveries are handled by UPS.  The time required to process your order, once payment has been confirmed, is 24 to 48 hours (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). Orders are then delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) depending on the destination in France and time your order was confirmed. Deliveries to destinations outside Metropolitan France are likely to take longer (a confirmation email is sent within 48 hours of the confirmation of your order).

Orders paid for by bank card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) directly on our website are treated with priority. You can also pay for your order by telephone by calling +33 (0)320 588 306 (Mondays to Fridays, from 9 a.m. to midday, and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.). Orders paid by bank wire will only be confirmed once our bank has confirmed that our account has been credited.

Customers are sent an email notification at each stage of order processing, i.e.:

  • On confirmation of the order (once payment has been confirmed).
  • On preparation of the order at our warehouse in Lille.
  • On shipment of the order from our warehouse in Lille.
  • During the shipment of the order (only if the selected carrier offers a parcel tracking service on its own website, in which case a link will be sent on shipment).

Please note:

  • Orders will not be confirmed or processed unless paid for in full.
  • Payments are to be made in euros only. Any bank charges and/or customs duties shall be borne exclusively by the customer. If the amount credited to our account does not exactly match the amount on your invoice, your order will not be shipped.
