These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.koziel.fr, as well as all viewings and KOZIEL® purchases from 1st December 2014. By viewing this website and/or ordering the products (and/or services) offered by KOZIEL®, you fully accept the Terms and Conditions set below. Please read them carefully. We also invite you to take note of the information provided specifically for private individuals and professional customers. They are available in the general menu of the website and in various other communication materials we publish. Do not hesitate to request them. No sale shall be deemed effective without prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are adjusted at the end of each order, once your basket has been validated. The rate displayed depends on the final weight and the volume of your order, our system automatically calculates these fees based on parameters provided by our transport providers. No worries, shipping costs are subject to limited and controlled charges! customs taxes remain in charge of our customers.

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will send you a shipment notification via email. However due to legal requirements related to parcel insurance, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept orders to certain countries. If you require further information, Please get in touch with our Sales Department.

When placing an order with KOZIEL, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. The recipient will be considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside of France may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so it is recommended that you should contact your local customs office for more information.

In some cases, customs clearance procedures may be required, which could cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If the customer refuses to pay the import taxes, customs duties or any other fees,the amount paid by KOZIEL for taxes and shipping back to the warehouse will be deducted from the total refund. , because of taxes and shipping back to the warehouse will be deducted from the total refund. KOZIEL reserves the right to choose between destroying the goods (with no refund for the customer) or returning the goods to the warehouse (as previously mentioned above regarding refund). Please be aware that any order leaving our warehouse is no longer insured by KOZIEL.

2. Delivery

Deliveries are provided by Chronopost , DHL or La Poste. The processing time for your order is 24 to 48 hours (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). Transport times Vary between 1 to 5 days depending on the destination in France Metropolitan or abroad.

3. Payment

Orders paid by credit card( Visa,Mastercard or American Express) our account will be debited immediately after verification by our partner bank (Banque Populaire). Orders paid by bank transfer are validated upon effective credit to the Koziel bank account. 4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in euro only, inclusive of VAT. The VAT rate is 20%. Forpurchases made outside France but within the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT. In this case, the VAT amount is deducted automatically from your invoice.

For purchases made outside the European Union (EU) , the customer will be responsible for all applicable taxes and custom duties, in addition to the cost of ourservice. The customer will be informed of the exact amount of duties and taxes once the goods have arrived in the destination country. Full Payment must be made before shipping.
